Some files included in 0.2.1 but not in 0.3.0, such as Adobe-Japan1-UCS2 and Adobe-GB1-UCS2 are still released under non-free Adobe's license. If I would update this package, it is harmful for users. Now Adobe folks are working on that issue, and it'll be released with as same as new Adobe CMAP license, but it takes time until the end of October.
