I confirm xserver works fine with a Debian precompiled kernel, but not with my own-compiled kernel (wich was working properly until I did a dist-upgrade in testing branch).
I haven't modified any module or xserver configuration. GDM startups but mouse and keyboard are locked, and I hace to reboot my laptop by pushing the button.
