/usr/share/info/dir.gz is not only created in the new version, but also
in the previous version.
So this seems to be the usual problem with dpkg's move to gnu's
install-info (and some difference in buildds to not show that problem,
except the two kfreebsd-* builds).
$ echo $PATH
/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/games
$ dpkg-source -x gpgme1.0_1.1.8-2.dsc
$ cd gpgme1.0-1.1.8
$ dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -us -uc
$ cd ..
$ dpkg-deb -c libgpgme11-dev_1.1.8-2_i386.deb | grep info
drwxr-xr-x root/root 0 2009-09-21 07:28 ./usr/share/info/
