Package: rtorrent Version: 0.8.4
I have a set flowing downloads. I change priority of one torrent "N" on the higher, but speed does not increase, and for others is not reduced. I disable others torrents and speed "N" increases that means that speed suffices. There are no visible changes at priority change.
