You can say "UDebComponents: " (without argument). The 'none' was only
needed in very old versions when the parsing code did not distinguish
empty and nonexisting fields.

Oh, perhaps I should reword that message. This only states the
upstream's Packages.diff cannot be used. It should continue with
downloading the files.
