minidjvu segfaults if I use the -p option. Here is how to reproduce:
$ djvmcvt -i /usr/share/doc/libdjvulibre-dev/djvu2spec.djvu . index.djvu
$ for file in p*.djvu; do ddjvu -format=pbm $file ${file%.djvu}.pbm; done
$ minidjvu -p 10 p*.pbm q0000.djvu
Segmentation fault
