Package: php-net-sieve
Severity: serious
php-net-sieve currently fails to build:

-d bin_dir=/usr/bin \

-d data_dir=/usr/share/php/data \
-d doc_dir=/usr/share/php/docs \
-d test_dir=/usr/share/php/tests \

As a sidenote, it also worries me that pear seems to attempt going
online during build. I suspect it should by default use --ofline option
to its install subcommand.
Kind regards,
