reopen 532405 thanks I'm reopening. There is an encoding issue in the Spanish PO file.
It is encoded in latin-1, but announced as UTF-8. This can be fixed by changing the "Content-Type:" header or by converting the file encoding with iconv (or re-downloading the file from http://bugs.debian.org/532405 , as this was probably a mailer issue).
