Is it only an issue with new maintainer keys and new subkeys? There is other data associated with the keys - I am thinking mainly of the expiration dates.
It seems to me that recent uploads of webpy 0.32-1 and vtk 5.2.1-8 got caught by some flaw in the way dak updates key expiration information.
