Hello Javier.
The "diff" binary package is going to be renamed to "diffutils", so
I'm checking versioned dependencies, recommends and suggests on the
old package name (diff).
This package is the only one I found, and it has "Depends: diff (>=2.0)",
but upstream diffutils 2.0 was released sometime around September 1992, and
I guess Debian never had a diff package which didn't satisfy this
dependency, so I would recommend just dropping the dependency:

In case ">= 2.0" is just a typo and you really meant ">= 2.7", please
read diffutils changelog and remember that Debian does not support
upgrades which skip more than 12 years of releases :-)
