I'm re-opening this bug, because you've only fixed
bogofilter-tokyocabinet
but NOT
bogofilter-sqlite
even though both were mentioned in the bug report's subject:
#541549: override:
bogofilter-sqlite:mail/extra,bogofilter-tokyocabinet:mail/extra
