Package: tmpreaper
Version: 1.6.10
Severity: normal

Hi,

Brace expansion is not a posix shell feature. It does not belong in
shell scripts such as /etc/cron.daily/tmpreaper, here is an example of
this incorrect usage,

    $ grep -i -e 'unix,' /etc/cron.daily/tmpreaper
      --protect '/tmp/.X*-{lock,unix,unix/*}' \
      --protect '/tmp/.ICE-{unix,unix/*}' \
      --protect '/tmp/.iroha_{unix,unix/*}' \
      --protect '/tmp/.ki2-{unix,unix/*}' \

Thanks,

Jeffrey Sheinberg
