This bug was caused by neon27, which is fixed a while ago. Please
recheck your live-f1 package with libneon27-gnutls{,-dev} and switch
back to it as build-dependency if everything is ok. I would like to
remove neon26 from the archive as it's outdated and believed to be
unsupported by upstream.
