The documentation ('docs' dir in the tarball) is wrongly installed to
/usr/share/pyshared/rope/docs/; the attached patch corrects this by
installing them to /usr/share/doc/python-rope.

In Ubuntu, we've applied the attached patch to achieve the following:
* Install documentation in the correct directory.
