Actually I just noticed that version you are using is not the one I made. That one won't work with debian kernels above 2.6.29 as far as I can tell. My version does work. You can get it here: http://www.tinyplanet.ca/~lsorense/debian/nvidia-96xx-lenny/ I was a bit annoyed that someone uploaded that mess a few days after I had posted the patch to make the working one. Oh well.
