It appears that the conclusion above is wrong and the behaviour is somewhat more intrinsic. After removing most of the content (rev.4) the page has suddenly appeared on the search macro at http://wiki.debian.org/InstallingDebianOn/Thinkpad reverting back to rev.3(5) caused the page to disappear again.
