Yes add some imagzemagick command like convert a svg to png with and without 
extra.

No problem with the principle and the format. But we must be careful for the 
transition. A two step transition is needed. For the first package imagick will 
recommand imagemagick-extra, therefore existing installation will install by 
default imagemagick extra. Then in a second time we will use suggest.
