I'm not sure why I didn't notice the problem with earlier versions of
asymptote like 1.73. But the fix is to install texlive-plain-extra so
that graphicx.tex, miniltx.tex, and picture.tex are found.
Should asymptote depend on or recommend texlive-plain-extra ?
