Can you elaborate?

The requirements for systemtap on the kernel side are:
CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO, CONFIG_KPROBES, CONFIG_RELAY, CONFIG_DEBUG_FS,
CONFIG_MODULES, CONFIG_MODULES_UNLOAD

So the only missing options are CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO and CONFIG_KPROBES.
