Hello Debian bug-busters, I've recently discovered this bug as I am trying to move a bunch of die-hard Pine users to alpine (seeing as how support was dropped in Lenny) and I'm finding that we can't use our Maildir setup without bouncing through IMAP even though the mail is available locally.
I see that this bug hasn't been touched in half a year now - is there any hope that the official Debian package will get this patch any time soon? We really need Maildir support but I trust you guys much more with the proper packaging and update support that comes with using the stock Debian package!
