Please don't mark bugs as resolved only because you are in a bad mood and one _guess_ isn't right inside the whole bug report. No one wants to annoy you. We are all (more or less) friendly people who try to get things done... even by guessing around. So if you answer anything then don't think that the other person is a zombie who wants to eat your guts, but more like a little pink pony which doesn't know what to do because somebody has stolen his strawberry cake.
