db4.2_recover did the trick!

Curiously, my first "onak index <blah>" following the repair seems to
have created a few __db.00{1-5} files owned by root which I had to chown
to onak before the web interface became happy again. Wouldn't be nice if
I had even the slightest clue what I was doing? :-)
In addition to a little blurb in the documentation, perhaps a "Suggests:
db4.2-util" also?
