I have been busy on personal front lately. So couldn't continue on this. I will probably work on excalibur-logkit in coming week. I have excalibur-logger half ready but in the end it will need - logkit to build properly in pbuilder. I haven't decided where I will upload the packages. Debian Java team have some active sponsors these days. So I might as well get the packages in Debian first. But I am not sure about new queue processing. On the other hand it is possible I will get these two packages and jmeter in Ubuntu first and then port them to Debian.
