Severity: wishlist
To support HA systems it would be helpful to move
/var/lib/nfs/rpc_pipefs to /var/lib. This would help
to keep the files common for the HA cluster separate
from the host-private files.

Maybe the PIPEFS_MOUNTPOINT could be added to
/etc/default/nfs-common?
