Package: slocate
Version: 3.1-1
Severity: important

When running slocate on machine with a extraordinary huge number of
files, updatedb fails with error:

/etc/cron.daily/slocate:
updatedb: fatal error: encode: fprintf(): code_line: File too large
chown: cannot access `/var/lib/slocate/slocate.db': No such file or
directory
run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/slocate exited with return code 1

The resulting file is exactly 2 GB in size. In turn I suspict that there
is no largefile-support for the database-file.
