Might be a good time to clean this up.
Every source code file has a copyright notice at the top. For the code
that gets compiled into the library binary:
src/GSM610/ : As per file src/GSM610/COPYRIGHT
src/G72x/ : As per the notice at the top of the file src/G72x/g72x.c
src/ : LGPL
For the test programs that get run during 'make check':
tests/ : GPL
Example code :
examples/ : BSD
Code for sndfile-programs packages:
