Package: broadcom-sta-source Version: 5.10.91.9-1 Severity: important Hi,
I use a Dell mini 9, which has a BCM4312 with a LP-PHY (PCI Product ID 0x4315, not supported by the free b43 driver). When the card has been associated to a network, any attempt to switch to a different network later on fails, and the driver rejects most commands with "Unsupported Operation". A simple reboot doesn't help, I have to power down the machine. Suspending the laptop also triggers the same behaviour, even when reassociating to the same network. Unloading the driver leads to an instant kernel Oops, so I cannot tell what would happen if I were to reload the driver.
