Package: netplug
Version: 1.2.9.1-1
Severity: important

The initscript of netplug does not stop the netplugd which also results in a
not-uninstallable package.

The problem is the additional --exec directive in the stop-case. It will cause
start-stop-daemon to actually *start* netplugd again. Remove this and it will
work.
