Thanks! I figured that was the easiest solution but I thought it probably wasn't my place to suggest it.
Please integrate new versions of quack.el yourself, add a snippet to the debian/changelog with the distribution set to UNRELEASED and send me a reminder email to make the release. I try to fix one or two easy bugs and make the release then. Feel free to fix the Vcs-Cvs issue while you are at it! Is that okay with you?
