With xtightvncviewer 1.3.9-4 this is still an issue, I still cannot use this version to connect with UltraVNC-Single-Click (which is a Windows executable).
I have an alias to re-install my older 1.2.9-21_i386.deb file because every aptitude activity seems to upgrade this package, which doesn't work for me.
