Sorry, for some strange reason my MUA seems to have eaten my first email*. What I originally wanted to say was: can you please explain a bit further why this package got downgraded? What's the exact problem with the new version that justifies an epoch?
I'm not saying it was the wrong move, I just think whatever the reason, it could be better documented in this bug report.
