Bug#529920: libneon27-gnutls: After upgrading subversion client can't connect to https

Hi all,

I can confirm this error on 2.6.26-1-686 debian kernel and 2.6.25.

Downgrading libneon solves the problem.

But, there’s no error when svn’ing on 2.6.29-2-686, there it works fine with
the newest libneon.
