The processing of the (o-)p-u-new queue apparently happens in stages when multiple changes files (typically residing from security updates) for the same package are involved. This means that our cronjob keeps barfing about the inconsistency and that the packages might get rebuilt on the buildds for which it is not yet accepted as quinn-diff does not know about the inconsistency. Please fix it as it's at least confusing and wastes resources (including the extra rejects from the rebuilt packages which fortunately prevent the checksum mismatch issue).
