Package: abcm2ps Version: 5.8.1-2 Severity: normal I only tried it when using the inline "I:topmargin 5cm" format (ie. not a formatting file), but I only see the margin value used for the subsequent pages, and I need the margin larger on the first page, because my titles are getting chopped off.
It appears to be using a 0pt margin on the first page - e.g. the title would be printed all the way to the edge of the paper if my printer allowed it, which it doesn't, so I only see the bottom half of the characters in the title.
