I considered this possilibiity, but I think it is unlkely. /etc/sane/cardscan.conf indicates that 0005 is the only known product id. The 2110 id does not appear in the distirubted /etc/sane/cardscan.conf. I would very much appricate if you could briefly explain how you arrived at the opposite conclusion.
