After installing the new version 0.9.24-1 this morning:

backintime-kde4
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/share/backintime/kde4/app.py", line 43, in <module>
    from PyKDE4.kdecore import *
ImportError: No module named kdecore

Note that python 2.4 is no more installed on my mychine as no package
requires it. What dependency on python do you have?
