Sorry, you are correct. It is indeed here:
http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/g/gstreamermm/libgstreamermm-0.10-dev_0.10.1-1_i386.deb

The problem I'm having is only in my own package in the Openismus Ubuntu
PPA, based on the Ubuntu Karmic package (which is also OK), and I
thought it was in the base debian package. I'll have to find out why a
maintainer rebuild is happening. Sorry.
