These are the same thing. I just need to modify the online help
implementation to take the locale into account, which I was meaning to
do once there was a reasonably complete translation. I suppose that
time is now.

I'd rather not. Let's move the strings out of mkmanpages.pl or at least
have it work with multiple string tables.

Yes, look at puzzles.but and you'll see that it's a comment. po4a
should not be including comments in the strings to be translated!
