reassign 526223 vim-runtime 2:7.2.130-1 thanks On Thu, Apr 30, 2009 at 12:05:55AM +0200, Michael Stapelberg wrote: > Create the following folder structure: > cd /tmp > mkdir -p vimbug/foo/bar > mkdir vimbug/very_long_directory_name_for_vim > cd vimbug/foo/bar > touch bleh > vim bleh
I've tried this with my own config and via `vim -u NORC -N bleh' and am unable to reproduce the problem. Do you still see the problem starting Vim this way? After the :split, could you call ":scriptnames" and see if you have any netrw*.vim scripts being loaded other than the ones under /usr/share/vim/vim72. Do you have any netrw variables in your ~/.vimrc or ~/.gvimrc? Also, netrw was updated in 2:7.2.148-1 so you may want to upgrade Vim and see if that fixes the problem. -- James GPG Key: 1024D/61326D40 2003-09-02 James Vega <[email protected]>
