Package: libcompizconfig0
Version: 0.8.2-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Hi folks,

I wondered why some packages are still missing on i386 (and other platforms as
well)
which are since days or even weeks in amd64 so I did have a look at the build
logs

https://buildd.debian.org/fetch.cgi?pkg=libcompizconfig;ver=0.8.2-1;arch=i386;stamp=1240177588

and saw the same issue I reported 5 days ago. A missing build dep for
compiz-dev (see
#524411).
I did build the package from source and can confirm the missing build dep on
libxcursor-dev is the only issue there.
As the package is on amd64 and everything is working there I can only assume the
maintainer didn't built his upload in a "clean" chroot / system which is his
own.
It seems like maintainers tend to neglect other archs and I like to appeal to
their
honour!
But then again... maybe he/they is/are just very busy at the moment, so please
don't
take any offence :-)

kind regards
Michael
