I'm sorry I didn't make this clear, I actually wanted to know if after running this command keyboard settings work or not. As far as I understand, the answer is that they still don't work, right? So, let me do another question, can you open keyboard settings using "kcmshell4 keyboard"? If not, what output do you get on the console and any window(s) that may appear?
