The unknown.ps is actually supplied by the upstream. This file is being removed from debian/rules during the post install. I do not see why this has to be removed. Adjusting the debian/rules file accordingly fixes this crash. The relevant patch is attached. The origin of bugs 497021, 484073 seem to be the same. So merging them together. thanks raju.
