I think there is nothing special about xterm, any would do the trick I
guess. If you find some clever way to change the command in the menu file:
?package(easyspice):needs="X11" \
section="Applications/Science/Electronics" \
title="easy_spice" \
command="/usr/bin/xterm -iconic -n $(HOME)
