This works with 1.4.12 too, but it installs some files in multiple packages.
Haven't looked into why.
dpkg: error processing tokyocabinet-bin_1.4.12-1_amd64.deb (--install):
trying to overwrite `/usr/share/man/man3/tcutil.3.gz', which is also in
package libtokyocabinet-dev
