Thanks for your report. Looks like a bug in the new Packages.diff
downloading support.
Adding "DownloadListsAs: .bz2 .gz ." to the rule in conf/updates should
work around this problem until a fixed package is available.
(Urgs, after I think I found it, even "DownloadListsAs: .diff .bz2 .gz ."
should fix it, as it seems a bug in the code run without that line).
