This issue has to do with Eclipse searching for the library libgtkembedmoz.so in the following places (this can be seen with strace):
/usr/lib/mozilla/libgtkembedmoz.so /usr/lib/firefox/libgtkembedmoz.so /usr/lib/xulrunner/libgtkembedmoz.so /usr/lib/mozilla-firefox/libgtkembedmoz.so Issuing the following command as root: touch /usr/lib/mozilla/libgtkembedmoz.so gets rid of the message and, as far as I can tell, it does not alter Eclipse's normal usage.
