Udevinfo starts with the device specified by the devpath and then
walks up the chain of parent devices. It prints for every device
found, all possible attributes in the udev rules key format.
A rule to match, can be composed by the attributes of the device
and the attributes from one single parent device.
looking at device '/class/misc/mISDNtimer':
KERNEL=="mISDNtimer"
SUBSYSTEM=="misc"
DRIVER==""
This looks wrong to me. Driver is in
/lib/modules/2.6.28.5-amd64/kernel/drivers/isdn/mISDN/mISDN_{core,dsp}.ko
and
/lib/modules/2.6.28.5-amd64/kernel/drivers/isdn/hardware/mISDN/...

AFAIK The old mISDN had more devices. And mISDN is work in progress
Maybe Karsten Keil can give more info here (CCd him)

:-)
It's that way starting with kernel.org Kernel 2.6.27. Maybe you want to
file a bug-report
