severity 309332 grave retitle 309332 boot-admin should not be in unstable thanks
Hi, I'm surprised that you uploaded g-s-t 1.2.0 to unstable with boot-admin enabled. As I reported before, its grasp of grub's command syntax is very poor, resulting in the most complete breakage of my menu.lst you could possibly imagine. I would say that this is much more severe than the bug that caused you to disable services-admin. At the same time it is completely unaware of Debian's way of auto-configuring the kernels list through update-grub, resulting in the removal of the ## END AUTOMAGIC KERNELS LIST line which is required for update-grub to function properly. I understand that generating the auto kernels list through parsing magic comments, as done by update-grub, is kind of a hack, heck it is the current standard in Debian and its offshoots and therefore should not be broken.
