Hi, to quote Debian policy:
"8.5 Dependencies between the packages of the same library
Typically the development version should have an exact version
dependency on the runtime library, to make sure that compilation and
linking happens correctly. The ${binary:Version} substitution variable
can be useful for this purpose."
Furthermore ${Source-Version} is deprecated and should be replaced with
${binary:Version} .
Please do so, and add the necessary dependencies in all your -dev
packages (libvtk5-dev, libvtk5-qt3-dev, libvtk5-qt4-dev).
It also looks as if debian/copyright is missing the maintainer's
copyright on the packaging itself.
