Thanks for the heads up. This is indeed a bug in liblapack-doc. I am taking care of it. There is a bug in debian/rules that makes all man pages that were intended to have ".TH 3" to be installed in /usr/share/man/man1. I will fix this and set the extension to .3lapack, avoiding further clashes.
